Using the hand-cleaning option will not give a perfectly clean roof instantly, this process requires time for the biocide to work and clean the roof over a course of 6-8 months after the moss has been removed. What this method does, is remove around 80% of the moss and lichens of which there are many types from the roof surface leaving it fairly clean and moss free to the eye. Once our biocide is applied on the day of completion it will be many months (up to 8) for this to fully take effect and kill off the remaining spores clinging to the roof surface.
